Revanth Reddy lays foundation stone for Rajiv Rahadari Elevated Corridor at TIMS

Revanth Reddy, the Chief Minister of Telangana, recently laid the foundation stone for the Rajiv Rahadari Elevated Corridor at TIMS (Telangana Industrial Development Authority). The project aims to connect Hyderabad's outer ring road with the city's central business district.

The construction of the elevated corridor has been delayed due to issues related to land allocation and lease renewal of the Chandrayanagutta defence land. The previous government had allocated the land for the project, but there were delays in the process due to various reasons.

The Congress government reviewed the issue and decided to hand over the defence lands to the Telangana Industrial Development Authority (TIDA) for the construction of the elevated corridor. This decision was taken after considering the importance of the project for the development of Hyderabad and the state as a whole.

The Rajiv Rahadari Elevated Corridor will not only ease traffic congestion in the city but also provide a faster and more convenient mode of transportation for commuters. The project is expected to be completed within two years, and it will have a total length of 12 kilometers.
