The 60th APS assists New Equipment Training Team (NETT) is a program that provides training to U.S. Marine Corps personnel on new equipment and systems. In this image, the Program Manager Long Range Fires PM LRF is assisting the NETT in loading the Navy Marine Corps Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS) Launcher onto a C-17 Globemaster III at Travis Air Force Base, California.

The NMESIS Launcher consists of two main components: the Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires Carrier) and the Naval Strike Missile (NSM) Launch Unit NLU. The ROGUE-Fires Carrier is a mobile, self-contained unit that can be deployed to any location and used to launch NSMs from land or sea. The NLU is a ground-based launcher that is used to launch NSMs from land.

The 60th APS assists New Equipment Training Team (NETT) program provides training on the use of these systems, as well as other equipment and systems used by the U.S. Marine Corps. The program is designed to ensure that Marines are fully trained and equipped to carry out their missions effectively and efficiently.
