Master-at-Arms 1st Class Ryan Rosu, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), is presented with the 2022 Japan-America Society of Sasebo (JASS) Award by Nobuhiko Yamakawa, president of the JASS, during the JASS Christmas party held at Hotel Flags Kujukushima in Sasebo, Japan Dec. 9, 2022.
