BAT, Imperial Lose Bid to Have Child Labor Case Thrown Out

British American Tobacco Plc and Imperial Brands Plc lost their bid to persuade a judge to throw out claims by a group of Malawian farmers who say they’ve been exploited in the growing of tobacco bought by the firms.
